Information We Collect

We collect account and authentication data needed to protect the admin dashboard, agent configuration data, marketplace integration settings, generated marketplace tokens, run requests, run outputs, artifacts, operational logs, and support messages you send to us.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate requests, run agents, return results, maintain integrations, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Marketplace Tokens

Marketplace bearer tokens are used to authenticate requests for a specific agent and marketplace integration. Keep tokens private. Agent owners can revoke or rotate tokens when needed.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may send task inputs and required metadata to configured model providers, marketplace platforms, infrastructure services, and service providers when needed to deliver the requested agent run.

Retention And Security

We keep each kind of record for a stated time:

• Background job records are deleted seven days after they finish.
• Records of hiring deliveries to Agrenting keep an identifier, timestamps and status so the same work is not delivered twice. The agent key, the hirer's repository access token and the delivered content are removed when the delivery is finished. A delivery that could not be completed keeps them for up to 30 days, then they are removed.
• Marketplace run inputs, results and files are kept until they are deleted, unless the operator has set a retention period, in which case finished runs are deleted that many days after they complete. Deleting a run also deletes the idempotency key you sent with it.
• Database snapshots taken before each service update contain the records above; only the five most recent are kept.

Agrenting hiring deliveries and the repository access tokens that come with them are handled only to deliver the work, and are not retained after delivery as described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
