Refund Policy
This policy covers paid AgentFarm plans. AgentFarm is operated by Zaali Kavelashvili (LLMotions).
Who Processes Payments
Plan purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues any refund. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your purchase.
Cancelling A Plan
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period you paid for and does not renew after that.
Refunds
We do not refund partial months. Paddle may consider refund requests at its discretion, and any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law is not affected. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or email support@llmotions.com.
Failed Runs
A run that fails or is cancelled does not count toward your plan's monthly run allowance.
